    As a former marketing management professional turned therapist, I take an active, conversational approach to working with clients that draws upon my business skills as a problem solver and change agent along with my experience, skills and knowledge of psychotherapy, coaching and counseling. I love the work I do and am grateful for the privilage of hearing clients' stories and witnessing people grow and heal. My orientation is to identify how your past is coming into play in your present, help you find meaning in your experiences, and draw upon our relationship dynamics to help you achieve the results you are seeking.

    EMDR and Imaginal Nurturing are just some of the therapeutic approaches I integrate with interpersonal focused therapy to help clients develop greater self-confidence, increase their sense of well-being, and achieve their career or personal life goals. EMDR works faster than traditional talk therapy or executive coaching, because EMDR is based on the science of how the brain stores and processes information.
